Campaign Story

I am Anikó Ivanics,an Amigos Ambassador. My life revolves around the world of innovation, talent development programmes and inspiring communities.

Amigos’ mission has been very close to my heart for years and I am very proud to be their ambassador again this year to help them with their fundraising campaign.

I will let you in on a secret: My mother, as a pediatric cardiologist, instilled in us a love of pediatric medicine from an early age. She was very hopeful that one of the children in the family would choose a career in medicine, but I ended up in the startup world in Zurich. Thanks to Amigos’ ambassador campaign, life brings me back to the world of hospitals and pediatrics – all combined with the power of an amazing community, Amigos. So maybe in a small way we can make the dreams of my mum – and many sick children – come true.
